Review: Sunday Roast at Proud Camden

Proud Camden is already somewhat of a Camden institution, offering crazy nights out filled with Cabaret, fire-breathers and DJs, and now with the introduction of the pop-up Jazz Canteen you can even spend your Sundays there.

When we first found out about the pop-up Sunday roasts one thing hit us – it’s seriously cheap. £6.95 for a full-on roast of chicken or beef and for £8.95 (or only £7.95 for NW1 locals) you get a glass of wine or a beer, a roast and an ice cream with chocolate sauce dessert.

And it doesn’t stop there. This is a Jazz roast pop up, which means you are treated to live jazz while you are eat.

The servings are generous and cheap and the music was great, all in all a perfect way to while away a Sunday. We will definitely be back for more!
